How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are shipped in 5–7 days.
Custom products take 7–14 days to deliver

What are your delivery charges?

Delivery charges are PKR 200. Free shipping on orders over 3500/-Rs 🚚

Can I add more items to my order after placing it?

Yes! If your order isn’t shipped yet, just message us quickly. We’ll be happy to help you add more goodies. ✨

What if I receive a damaged product?

Send us a picture within 1 day of delivery (Email, Instagram, or WhatsApp). We'll replace it for free after checking!

What payment methods do you accept

We accept Bank Transfers, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
For custom orders, 50% advance payment is required before we start processing.

What if I have trouble uploading my pictures?

Place your order without pictures, then email them to seemigraphica@gmail.com with your name (same as your order name).

How will I know my order is confirmed?

You’ll get a confirmation call or message. Your order will be processed once you confirm.

Will my pictures be safe?

Your pictures are private and will not be sold or rented out. We take precautions to protect your information online and offline. Once your order is processed, your pictures are deleted. We’ve had no complaints about privacy breaches. If you have concerns, contact us via Instagram DMs!
