At Seemigraphica, each product is handmade with love, care, and creativity — just for you!


📦 Received a Damaged or Incorrect Product?

We’ll happily send you a replacement or store credit if:

  • You record a clear, unedited unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened.

  • The video clearly shows the issue and original packaging condition.

  • You report the issue within 12 hours of delivery via Instagram (@seemi_graphica) or email (seemigraphica@gmail.com) along with the video and order number.

Note: We’re unable to process complaints without an unboxing video.


🔄 Return & Refund Eligibility (in Special Cases Only)

We may allow returns on non-customized products in rare cases. To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded (not sale items).

Custom-made products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable since they are specially designed and crafted for you.


💳 Refund Process (If Approved)

  • After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we’ll notify you via WhatsApp or text.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed via online banking, and our team will guide you through it.

  • Return shipping cost is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount.


🚫 Why Returns Aren’t Accepted

  • All Seemigraphica products are custom-made and handcrafted, created specially for each customer — which means they can’t be resold.

  • We don’t accept change-of-mind returns.

  • Claims made after 12 hours of delivery.

  • Courier delays, holidays, or weather issues.

  • Minor color or texture differences due to lighting or handmade nature.

  • Discounted/sale items.


🚚 Return Shipping Policy

  • You will need to pay for your own shipping when returning an item.

  • We recommend tracked shipping or shipping insurance.

  • We are not responsible for any return items lost in transit.


📝 Order Updates or Changes

  • You may update your address, contact info, or item within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • To request a change, email us at seemigraphica@gmail.com with your order number.

If a genuine mistake or damage is caused from our side, we’re happy to replace or offer store credit once verified.
