Shipping & Delivery Policy 🚚✨

We deliver our customized gifts all over Pakistan and can also send them directly to your loved ones

All orders are handmade with love and care. Processing, customizing, and dispatching takes 4 to 5 business days after order confirmation.
Delivery usually takes 7 to 10 business days after dispatch, depending on your city and order type.
Some products may take longer depending on the level of customization required.

Please note: Saturdays and Sundays are non-working days.

We use high-grade protective packaging to make sure your orders are delivered safely and securely.

No cancellations once the order is placed through website, unless contacted within 1 hour.
Orders placed during sales or using discount codes are not eligible for cancellation.
In case of logistical delays (by courier service), order cancellation will not be accepted.
If you receive a damaged or broken item, we’ll offer store credit, valid for 20 days from the date of delivery.
